Frequently Asked Questions
Finding the right rhythm for your ministry's digital transition.
Do my church members need to download an app?
No! That's the best part. They simply scan a QR code or click a link, and the digital bulletin opens instantly in their phone's web browser. No app store passwords required.
Will this replace my printed bulletins entirely?
It can, but many churches use a hybrid approach. You might print a simple one-pager for older members while offering the rich, interactive version digitally for everyone else.
Is this safe for older members who aren't tech-savvy?
We designed the public page to be extremely simple—just scrolling. If they can read a text message or a news article on their phone, they can use PocketPulpit.
How does pricing work if we have multiple services on one Sunday?
Our pricing is based on volume of services created. If you have two identical services (e.g. 9am and 11am) using the same content, you only need to create one 'Service' page. If the content differs, you'd create two.
Can I try it with one series before switching everything over?
Absolutely. We recommend starting with a short 3-4 week series to see how your congregation responds. You can sign up for the Starter plan and upgrade later.
Still have questions?
